Returns and refunds

If your order is damaged, incorrect or unsuitable, contact service@welnorva.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item name and, where relevant, clear photos. We will confirm the available return route and instructions for your order.

Items should be unused, complete and securely packaged where a return is authorized, except where an item arrived faulty or applicable law provides otherwise. Do not ship a return to the company address without receiving the correct return instructions first.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and assessed, subject to applicable consumer rights. Payment-provider processing times can vary. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.
